This episode is a bit of reading from the book “The Dharma of Star Wars” by Mathew Bortolin and a bit of analysis from me. It’s a great book and it made me consider how I think. Hopefully it does the same for you! Febru Techniques To Use When You Are Depressed. The end of THE DHARMA OF STAR WARS has a section called "The Padawan's Handbook." A collection of aphorisms, thoughts, affirmations, and Buddhist (and other) commentaries rewritten in the STAR WARS idiom, "The Padawan's Handbook" is an intelligent guidebook to issues confronting us all as human beings. Each line in "The Padawan's Handbook" is a /5(48).

"The Dharma of Star Wars," a book by Matthew Bortolin, and "Rogue One," a prequel in the Star Wars saga, have a lot in common. Bortolin's book is very skillful at pointing out spiritual profundity in the movies themselves, starting with, but not limited to, Master Yoda's dictums. The Star Wars trilogy is one of the famous series of book that created such a powerful pellicle as the Star Wars movies. These movies had blown up the spellings and the films top years in a row and they were an incredible production of the late ’70s.

The Dharma of Star Wars\' cover promises a fresh and fun take on the films that have so captured the public\'s imagination, and its pages do not disappoint. Author Matthew Bortolin is a self-professed Star Wars geek (and, proud of it!), as well as a member of the Buddhist community of the teacher and bestselling author, Thich Nhat Hanh. Category: Comics & Graphic Novels. Page: View: Collects The Star Wars # Before Star Wars, there was The Star Wars! This collection is the official adaptation of George Lucas's rough-draft screenplay for what would become Star Wars, the film that changed motion pictures and the world.
